What condition will I receive the device in?

This refers to the visual condition. All our devices are 100% functional.

Each device undergoes a meticulous refurbishment process that meets strict ISO 9001 standards. Our goal is to deliver products indistinguishable from new ones, as confirmed by our rigorous internal standards and testing. Product categories only differ in visual appearance. We defined the visual aspect with three classes "as new" , "very good" and "fair".

As New: The device is 100% functional. The printer looks like new. It may have only minimal, almost invisible cosmetic imperfections that are easily overlooked by the naked eye.

Very Good: The device is 100% functional. The printer may have more noticeable cosmetic imperfections and signs of previous use (small scratches or slight discoloration of the plastic).

Fair: The device is 100% functional. The printer has more visible cosmetic imperfections and signs of previous use (scratches or yellowed plastic). However, the printer's hardware is like new.
