During refurbishment, devices undergo a comprehensive restoration process, resulting in a final condition that is visually almost identical to a new product. These devices go through an eleven-step procedure, during which they are rigorously tested, thoroughly cleaned, and refurbished to match the quality and performance of new devices.
It’s important to note that refurbishment primarily addresses the visual aspect of the product. At Techsavers, all notebooks and computers we process are already fully functional when they arrive.

Additionally, we test the battery life and classify the devices into categories. We communicate the condition of each refurbished product in detail and with complete transparency using the categories: "AS NEW, VERY GOOD, FAIR."

Testing is non-transparent and focuses on limited components. Imperfections are covered with low-cost materials such as vinyl or adhesive foils, which have a short lifespan. We have defined the visual aspect with three classes: "as new", "very good", and "fair".
As new: Devices in as new condition are truly like new. They are in 100% technical condition with minimal to no cosmetic flaws. The display is free of scratches and stains.
Very good: Devices in very good condition are also 100% functional, but may have more visible signs of use in the form of minor scratches, usually on the back and sides of the device. Such minor scratches may also be present on the display. However, these defects are almost invisible when the display is turned on.
Fair: The last condition is acceptable, where all devices are also 100% functional, but the bodies and displays of the devices here bear more visible signs of wear, which, however, do not affect their usability in any way.
As new: Guaranteed highest quality refurbishment or remanufacturing. The computer is in flawless condition, appearing like new, with no visible signs of previous use. Each PC is delivered in new ECO packaging.
Very good: Guaranteed highest quality refurbishment or remanufacturing. The computer may show more visible, but still small cosmetic signs of previous use, mostly on plastic parts. A foil may be applied to metal parts, restoring them to an excellent appearance. Each PC is delivered in new ECO packaging.

No. With us, you can be sure that based on the country your order comes from, you will have a newly printed keyboard exactly as you're used to. These are not stickers, but laser printing, which we can even backlight.
You can upgrade basic parameters for each product by clicking on the "Increase parameters" option. If the offered upgrade is not sufficient for you, contact us for information about a higher upgrade. We will check the technical possibilities of upgrading the device and together we will come up with the best possible option for you.

Yes. A 24-month warranty is the minimum warranty period for most of our devices. For even greater assurance and comfort, we offer the option to extend the warranty up to 60 months for a fee. You can find the extension offer and specific surcharge for each product.
Yes, all our products offer a 30-day return option.
We're sorry to hear that. The easiest way would be to take the faulty device to the nearest partner. If you happen to not be near a partner store, we can of course resolve the claim remotely. In this case, contact us, we'll definitely find a suitable solution together.
