What condition will I receive the device in?

This refers to the visual condition. All our devices are 100% functional.

Each device undergoes a meticulous refurbishment process that meets strict ISO 9001 standards. Our goal is to deliver products indistinguishable from new ones, as confirmed by our rigorous internal standards and testing. Product categories only differ in visual appearance. We defined the visual aspect with three classes "as new" , "very good" and "fair".

Like New: 100% functional with minimal, barely visible cosmetic imperfections. Display is flawless.

Very Good: 100% functional with more visible cosmetic imperfections (e.g., minor scratches or blemishes).

Acceptable: 100% functional with visible cosmetic imperfections, but the hardware is as good as new.
