What condition will I receive the device in?

This refers to the visual condition. All our devices are 100% functional.

Each device undergoes a meticulous refurbishment process that meets strict ISO 9001 standards. Our goal is to deliver products indistinguishable from new ones, as confirmed by our rigorous internal standards and testing. Product categories only differ in visual appearance. We defined the visual aspect with three classes "as new" , "very good" and "fair".

As New: Devices are in 100% condition, with minimal or tiny scratches on the body. The display is flawless. Overall, the device is 100% functional.

Very Good: Devices are 100% functional. The body may show more visible signs of use, and minor imperfections may appear on the display but are nearly invisible when turned on.

Fair: Devices are 100% functional but show more noticeable signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
