What condition will I receive the device in?

This refers to the visual condition. All our devices are 100% functional.

Each device undergoes a meticulous refurbishment process that meets strict ISO 9001 standards. Our goal is to deliver products indistinguishable from new ones, as confirmed by our rigorous internal standards and testing. Product categories only differ in visual appearance. We defined the visual aspect with three classes "as new" , "very good" and "fair".

As New: 100% functional with no signs of previous use.

Very Good: 100% functional with minor cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches on plastic parts). Metallic areas may have an applied film for improved appearance.

Fair: 100% functional hardware but with visible wear, such as cracks or missing parts. Ideal for placement under a desk.
