What condition will the device be in?

This refers to the visual condition. All our devices are 100% functional.

Each device undergoes our precise refurbishment process, which meets strict ISO 9001 standards. Our goal is to ensure that the final product is indistinguishable from a new one, as confirmed by our rigorous internal standards and testing. The different product grades/categories vary only in terms of appearance. Every product is 100% functional. We have defined the visual condition using three categories: "As New," "Very Good," and "Fair."

As New:The device is 100% functional. The metal/plastic parts of the AiO look like new, with only minimal, nearly invisible cosmetic imperfections that are difficult to notice with the naked eye. The display is flawless, just like new.

Very Good:The device is 100% functional. The metal/plastic parts of the AiO may have more visible cosmetic imperfections and signs of previous use. The display may have minor cosmetic flaws (dead pixels, small scratches, or slight dust behind the screen), which are barely noticeable when turned on.

Fair:The device is 100% functional. The metal/plastic parts of the AiO show more visible cosmetic imperfections and signs of previous use. However, the AiO hardware is as good as new. The display may have more noticeable cosmetic defects, but they do not affect its technical performance.
